The auto ship 30 DAY COMMITMENT FREE PRODUCT program is designed to provide Body Evolution products to the consumer on a monthly basis for a minimum of 30 days or 1 month. Upon enrolling in this program, you will select the products that best fit your needs and you will be given the appropriate up front discounts at the time of enrollment in one of The Body Evolution Kiosk locations. Upon enrolling in the program, you as a consumer agree to and are bound under these terms to ordering a minimum of two products from The Body Evolution through your autoship account for 30 days or 1 month following your enrollment in the program. NOTE: Shaker cups and T-shirts do not constitute a product. Every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh supply of the selected Body Evolution Products you enrolled for in the autoship program.
You are not obligated to continue the auto ship program after your initial 30 days or first month of enrollment. You can cancel anytime within The Body Evolutions 10 day cancelation period after your initial 30 days or first month of shipments. In the event, that you as the consumer decide to cancel your account, withhold payment or remove items from your account and not order for any reason within the first 30 days, The Body Evolution reserves the right under this agreement to take the following action:
1. Continue to charge the consumers account for a minimum of 30 days for two products and ship them directly to the address listed on the account. This charge will be done directly through the credit card or ATM card listed in the account.
2. Retain and execute through a collection agency the FULL amount for the above stated 1 month of products agreed to in the event that a card has expired or will not process the order.
All auto ship orders will be shipped by the 5th and 15th of the month, depending upon which program you are enrolled in.
To avoid being charged after your initial 90 days and to discontinue receiving products, you must cancel 10 days before your ship date of the 5th or 15th. You may cancel your Body Evolution Auto ship Program only by logging into your account at http://www.thebodyevolution.com/account.cfm and entering the required information. Note: do not call The Body Evolution offices to cancel auto ship programs. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONLINE AND BY YOU THE CONSUMER.
Autoship Pricing: Autoship pricing can be increased at anytime due to cost of goods increases. All autoship customers will be notified 30 days before any price increase occurs.
The auto ship program will automatically contact you (the consumer) in the event of an expired or invalid credit or debit card. All credit and debit card transactions will occur upon shipping of the product. This will either be the 1st -5th day of the month or the 15th-20th day of the month if enrolling in the auto ship program (if this happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, we will process your order on the Friday or day prior). If your credit or debit card is declined, you will have 30 days to provide a new and valid number. After 30 days, your account will automatically be canceled.
